Lamar Brown position intel…

There's been a lot of discussion centered around what position the top-rated player in the coin try for 2026 Lamar Brown would play this Fall.Edge? Defensive Tackle? Offensive Line?The previous coaching staff determined he would play exclusively DL, but we've received no official comment on how the new staff intends to use him. I have spoken with sources and can confirm he will primarily play edge rusher, and is expected to be one of the first edge rushers rotating in for the starters, Jordan Ross and Princewill Umanmielen.With true freshmen Deuce Geralds and Richard Anderson performing very well in spring at DT, and the Gabriel Reliford injury limiting depth at Edge, this move makes a lot of sense.Sources also tell me, they plan on situationally using him at DT - particularly on pass rushing situations and 3rd downs.Expect this highly touted true freshman DL class to contribute early this season.
