LSU trending for several commitments this week.
The Tigers are coming off another big time recruiting weekend that has LSU in prime positions for many of their top targets.4-star IOL Terrance Smith : Set to announce his commitment later this afternoon. LSU is the expectation, he took his OV to Baton Rouge back in April, and was back on campus taking in workouts and being around the team a couple weeks ago. 4-star RB Tre Segarra : Segarra has been trending heavily towards LSU since his OV last weekend, and he confirmed with me this morning he is set to announce his college decision tomorrow morning. LSU is still expected to be the pick.3-star OT Amaziah Siale : The current Cal commit was in town for an official visit this past weekend, and it couldn't have gone much better than it did. Coach Wolford and Ed Oregeron have done a phenomenal job here, and he's expected to announce his flip to LSU sometime this week. 4-star OT Kal-El Johnson: The Ohio native was another key OL target in town over the weekend, and he's been absolutely raving about his visit over the past 24 hours. Johnson seems to want to make a decision soon, however it may still be dependent upon whether or not he got the "green light" from Coach Wolford yet.4-star RB Trey Martin : Although it is unclear of when or soon a commitment may be announced, one thing for certain is that his visit this weekend was nothing short of spectacular. It'll be interesting to see if he still makes his scheduled unofficial visit back to Gainesville, but as of now I would lean towards LSU still over Florida.4-star S Davion Jones : Jones is another target for the Tigers that is coming off a great weekend spent in Baton Rouge, one that has led to the Tigers seeming to surge in his recruitment. A commitment date/timeline hasn't been announced but Jones shared with me that the Tigers have certainly cemented themselves in his recruitment and gave him a lot to think about.Going to be a HUGE month of June for the Tigers.

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a TigerBait.com rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the TigerBait.com Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide TigerBait.com readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.
