Top WR Target Cancels LSU Visit For This Weekend

ICMYI -- TigerBait exclusively reported that four-star wide receiver, Amare Patterson will no longer be visiting LSU, this weekend as originally scheduled.There was some recent speculation this afternoon that Patterson, who checks in as the #23 ranked WR prospect in the 2027 recruiting class, simply couldn't make his visit to Baton Rouge, this weekend, but that isn't the case...TigerBait can confirm that both parties are agreeing to move on, at least for now from one another. Patterson recently visited Georgia and Florida is seen as the top team to beat in his recruitment.On LSU's side, the main focus in the wide receiver room is none other than the #1 wideout in the country and Louisiana's own, Easton Royal, who WILL be on campus, this weekend...the staff is expected to be all-hands on deck for the best playmaker in the 2027 recruiting class and likely saw Florida and Georgia's heavy pursuits of Patterson as an opportunity to have Royal was the only subject in the receiver room, this weekend.
