Jason Howell's evaluation of Garrett Nussmeier
What long-time state of Texas recruiting analyst Jason Howell thinks of new LSU QB commit Garrett Nussmeier ."Nussmeier is one of my favorite QBs and actually goes to the school right down the street so I've had a few chances to watch him work. He is no doubt one of the top QBs in what is a great year in Texas. He is well coached for obvious reasons, has a tremendous football pedigree, and high football IQ and a love and passion for the game. He is a high character guy and a leader on and off the field. On the field, he can make all the throws, and throws a good ball from several different arm angles. He has great pocket presence and field awareness, and he can pull the ball down and make plays with his feet when he needs to. Another great get by Coach O and his staff."

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a TigerBait.com rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the TigerBait.com Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide TigerBait.com readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.
