Four-star CB Dwight McGlothern commits to LSU
Ed Orgeron and the LSU football coaching staff added another cornerback to the class of 2020 Saturday afternoon as Dwight McGlothern of Klein Oak High School in Spring, Texas announced to the Tigers.
The 6-foot-1, 180-pound McGlothern committed to LSU over USC, Arkansas, Texas, Virginia Tech, Oregon and many others during the All American Game broadcast on NBC.
“Since I was a freshman I wanted to come here (LSU), my family in Louisiana are all here so they can support me,” McGlothern said. “Coach Raymond and the coaching staff always kept it real.”
McGothern finished his senior season with four interceptions. Offensively he totaled 1,750 all-purpose yards as both a receiver and return man. He had 1,300 yards on 66 receptions.
With the addition of McGlothern, LSU now has 21 prospects signed and committed for the class of 2020.
