Cooper Manning: Family open to Arch at LSU

Class of 2023 quarterback Arch Manning‍ of Newman High School in New Orleans will be one of the nation's top quarterback prospects for his recruiting year.  His father Cooper Manning says they are open to LSU as a destination.
