Emery Jones feels he's a priority for LSU

Catholic High offensive tackle Emery Jones‍ may have won the LHSAA Div. 1 State Championship Sunday night, but he’s taking little time to soak in victory.

“It feels great,” Jones said. “With all the hard work that our team put in, I think we deserved it. And, we got the result that we wanted.”

Jones suffered a high ankle sprain in the title game and has already started rehabbing the injury in preparation for basketball season.
