Kimo Makaneole commits to LSU

Ed Orgeron and the LSU coaching staff need to finish the class of 2021 with more offensive linemen and they got a great New Year's Day piece to that puzzle.  

Niceville (Fla.) offensive lineman Kimo Makaneole‍ announced at midnight New Year’s Day that he is committed to sign with LSU. 

Makaneole was a long time commitment to Florida State but he reopened his recruiting class on Monday after he didn’t sign with the Seminoles on December 16. 

With his commitment, LSU now has 22 total for the class of 2021.  He’s the second offensive lineman for the class.
