5-star linebacker Harold Perkins signs with LSU

LSU head football coach Brian Kelly along with Tigers assistant Frank Wilson have reeled in the number one prospect in the state of Texas as Harold Perkins‍ of Cypress (TX) Cy Park has announced he’s signing with the Tigers.

“I’m going home,” Perkins said as he put on a LSU hat on CBS.

The 6-foot-3, 210 pound linebacker chose LSU over Texas A&M and Florida.  He originally committed to the Aggies in early January but decommitted last week.

Perkins and his family are originally from New Orleans.  They moved to Houston after Hurricane Katrina.
