Four-star WR Khai Prean commits to LSU

Class of 2023 four-star wide receiver Khai Prean‍ of Vacherie (La.) St. James has announced his verbal commitment to LSU.

What made him choose LSU?

“The biggest factor had to the relationships that were built,” Prean told TigerBait.com.

The 6-foot-1, 190-pound prospect chose LSU over Auburn, Florida State and Mississippi State.  

Prean is being recruited to LSU by wide receivers coach Cortez Hankton and running backs coach Frank Wilson.

“I think coach Hankton is a heck of coach,” Prean said. “He is always willing to help me out and teach me the small things that will make a big difference.”

Prean is also a track athlete that has been clocked at 10.94 in the 100 meters and a 21.70 in the 200.

LSU now has 21 commitments for the class of 2023.
