4-Star DE Sterling Dixon talks LSU visit

Class of 2024 four-star edge rusher Sterling Dixon‍ of Mobile (Ala.) Mobile Christian found his way to Baton Rouge Saturday to watch LSU’s defense thrive against New Mexico in a 38-0 victory.

The Tigers’ defense limited New Mexico to just two first downs and 88 yards in the shutout. Dixon loved what he saw and says he could see himself fitting right in.

“The defense looked pretty stingy,” Dixon said. “I spent a lot of time watching the linebacker corps.
