LSU's tight end room continues to get upgraded in a big way as Kamorreun Pimpton‍ of Fort Worth (TX) North Crowley has flipped his commitment from Vanderbilt to LSU.  

The 6-foot-6, 220-pound Pimpton also considered Texas as they received his last visit.  

With his commitment, LSU now has 25 high school commitments for the 2023 class.  He is the third tight end pledge joining Mac Markway‍ and Jackson McGohan‍.  

Pimpton finished his senior season with 914 yards on 57 receptions with 17 touchdowns. He’s being recruited to LSU by offensive coordinator and tight ends coach Mike Denbrock.
