Walker Howard to Ole Miss
Former LSU QB Walker Howard has made it official. He's an Ole Miss Rebel now.
Howard landed in Oxford after also visiting TCU last weekend. Florida was also in the running to land the former TigerBait 5-star quarterback out of Lafayette (La.) St. Thomas More.
Howard participated in one regular season game during the 2022 season vs. Southern University. In that game he didn’t attempt a pass in that appearance. He played a majority of the fourth quarter of the Tigers Cheez-it Citrus Bowl game vs Purdue in cleanup. He was 2 for 4 passing for 7 yards.

LSU has both Jayden Daniels and Garrett Nussmeier returning for the spring semester. Class of 2023 quarterback Rickie Collins of Baton Rouge (La.) Woodlawn is an early graduate and will also participate in spring practices for the Tigers. Class of 2024 five-star quarterback Colin Hurley of Jacksonville (Fla.) Trinity Christian is committed to the Tigers and will arrive on campus next January.
