Four-star OT Ethan Calloway commits to LSU
Brian Kelly and his coaching staff have picked up their second offensive line commitment for the class of 2024 as four-star offensive tackle Ethan Calloway of Mooresville (NC) Lake Norman.
The 6-foot-7, 300-pound Calloway visited LSU officially last weekend and committed to the Tiger program over offers from Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Penn State, Tennessee, Florida State and many others.
Calloway has been on the LSU campus a handful of times including LSU’s overtime win over Alabama last season.
“The thing that stuck out to me was the people and the culture around campus,” Calloway said in an interview with TigerBait. “The people all seem genuine. Like they really want to know about me.
“We’ve formed a lot of good relationships down there, and it’s always nice to see those guys.”
Calloway is being recruited by LSU offensive line coach Brad Davis and also offensive personnel analyst Carl St. Cyr.
“LSU has done an amazing job in recruiting me,” Calloway said.
With his pledge, LSU now has 18 commitments for the class of 2024.
