Ruston's Aidan Anding commits to LSU
Class of 2025 cornerback Aidan Anding of Ruston High (La.) announced his verbal commitment LIVE on TigerBait.com Saturday afternoon.
The 5-foot-11, 165-pound cornerback committed to LSU over Texas and Arkansas.
With Anding’s pledge, LSU now has 25 commitments for the class of 2025. It’s considered one of the top-three recruiting classes nationally by a consensus of all recruiting networks.
LSU running backs coach Frank Wilson along with cornerbacks coach Corey Raymond are recruiting Anding for the Tigers.
Anding is a multi-sport athlete. As a junior, he earned Louisiana District 2-5A first-team basketball honors, with an average of 14.8 points per game and and shot 37-percent from three-point range.
He was also Louisiana 5A state qualifier in the long jump as a sophomore. He Long jumped 22-2.5 last spring.
