BREAKING: Oklahoma transfer portal Tight end Bauer Sharp commits to LSU

LSU has added a much needed tight end to their roster as highly sought after prospect Bauer Sharp of Oklahoma has committed to LSU.

The 6-foot-4, 245 tight end finished the 2024 season (redshirt junior) with 42 receptions for 324 yards.

“He’s a talented player but he has physicallity especially in the run game,” said Brian Kelly on Friday.  “If you really look at his body of work it’s his physicallity in the run game.  

“A very good athlete, came in as a quarterback at Southeastern Louisiana and has the ability to do some things for us in the pass game as well.”

Sharp from Dothan Alabama started his collegiate career at Southeastern Louisiana.
