BREAKING: Offensive lineman Josh Thompson chooses LSU
The rich keep getting richer as Brian Kelly and his LSU football program have added another accomplished offensive lineman in transfer portal offensive guard Josh Thompson of Northwestern.
The 6-foot-5, 300 pound Thompson was highly sought after in the portal as LSU beat out Tennessee, Auburn and many others.
Fenton was a consensus three-star prospect out of Fenton, Michigan in the class of 2021.
He had an impressive 18 game “no sack” streak. He has played both guard spots and left tackle in starting 21 games for the Wildcats.
More to come on this breaking story.
