Live Oak's Ursin grateful after receiving LSU offer

The LSU football coaching staff recently sent out a slew of offers to high school prospects, including one to Watson, Louisiana native Calvin Ursin‍.

After picking up initial offers from programs like Florida State and Texas A&M, it hit different for Ursin when he picked up the offer from the Tigers.

“It means a lot to pick up an offer from LSU, especially being from Louisiana and watching them as I grew up,” said Ursin. “It still feels surreal.
