While LSU offensive coordinator Joe Sloan continues to pursue options at quarterback for the 2026 recruiting cycle, he’s also in pursuit of multiple signal callers for the class of 2027.  

One target that he's been actively recruiting for years is four-star southpaw, Colton Nussmeier‍, of Marcus High School in Flower Mound (TX).
