LSU grabs wide receiver Tre Brown in the portal

One of the top wide receivers in the transfer portal has picked LSU.

Wide receiver Tre Brown of Old Dominion has committed to sign with LSU over Ohio State and many others.

Brown recorded 38 catches for 762 yards and four touchdowns with the Monarchs this past season.

The 6-foot-2, 180-pound receiver has two years of eligibility remanining.  He signed with Hutchinson C.C. out of Savannah, Georgia.

Brown has two games this past season where he totaled over 100 yards receiving.   He had four receptions for 138 yards and two touchdowns vs James Madison. Against Troy, he had five receptions for 112 yards.
