LSU’s staff continues to keep close tabs on Ruston High School, and a new name has emerged there as a priority for the Tigers in the 2028 class.

While LSU is pushing to land 2027 five-star tight end Ahmad Hudson‍ and four-star safety Jayden Anding‍, four-star linebacker Shamar Evans‍ has quickly become another key target out of the Bearcats’ program.

The 6-foot-2, 205-pound rising junior recently moved to Louisiana from Mississippi.
