Lane Kiffin and his LSU coaching staff have picked up the commitment of Teas running back Brennen Lacey.
The 6-foot, 190-pound Lacy chose LSU over offers from TCU, Miami, Florida, Arkansas, Baylor, Notre Dame, Texas Tech, Oklahoma State and many others.
He was on the LSU campus this weekend for his official recruiting visit.
According to MileSplit, Lacey has posted 10.91 in the 100 meters, 22.73 in the 200 meters and a long jump of 22-4. He also high jumps over 6-foot plus.
He finished his junior season with 59 carries with 537 yards and eight touchdowns. He averaged 9.1 yards per carry. Receiving he totaled 10 recptions for 260 yards with two touchdowns.
Lacey received his scholarship offer from LSU in early April.
