Lane Kiffin stood with ESPN’s Holly Rowe at halftime Saturday night, his LSU Tigers holding a commanding 31-3 lead over Clemson, and couldn’t resist.

“Imagine if we had pro players.”

Of course he couldn’t.

The sarcastic, calculated six-word jab was classic Kiffin, designed specifically to agitate his critics.
