LSU women’s basketball set for 17 nationally televised games in 2026-27

The Tigers will make 17 national television appearances this season, including marquee matchups against UConn, South Carolina, Texas and North Carolina.

The SEC and ESPN announced the television schedule Wednesday, with five LSU games slated for SEC Network, four on ESPN, three each on ESPN2 and ABC and two on ION.

Six of LSU’s non-conference games will receive national television coverage, highlighted by the Tigers’ Dec. 20 showdown with UConn at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. That game will tip off at noon CT on ABC.

LSU will also face Villanova and NC State on ION during its trip to Fort Myers, Florida, in late November. The Tigers’ Dec. 2 SEC/ACC Challenge road game at North Carolina will air on ESPN2, while LSU’s Dec. 13 matchup with Houston at the Toyota Center will be televised by ESPN.

The Tigers open the regular season Nov. 2 against Southeastern Louisiana at the Pete Maravich Assembly Center, with the 6 p.m. contest airing on SEC Network.

National television coverage will continue throughout SEC play.

LSU’s Jan. 3 home game against Vanderbilt will air on ABC at noon, while ESPN will carry home games against Texas on Feb. 11 and the regular-season road finale at Tennessee on Feb. 25.

One of the biggest games on LSU’s schedule comes Feb. 21 when the Tigers travel to Columbia to face South Carolina. That matchup is scheduled for 2 p.m. CT on ABC.

LSU’s Feb. 1 home game against Ole Miss and Feb. 4 trip to Kentucky will both air on ESPN2. The Tigers close the regular season Feb. 28 against Oklahoma at the PMAC in a game scheduled for either ESPN or ESPN2.

In all, nine of LSU’s final 14 SEC games will receive national television coverage on the ESPN family of networks. The remaining conference games will be available on SEC Network+.

Every LSU home game and conference game will also be available to stream through ESPN+ or SEC Network+.

The SEC Tournament is scheduled for March 3-7 at Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina, with games airing on SEC Network throughout the week.
