Josh White commits to LSU

LSU is loading up on defensive personnel as Ed Orgeron has landed the commitment of 2020 linebacker Josh White‍ of Cy Creek High School in Houston, Texas. 

White who’s a high four-star prospect has been on multiple unofficial visits to LSU this spring.  At one time he was an Oklahoma State commitment before backing off of that pledge after receiving an offer from Ed Orgeron in January. 

He has committed to LSU over offers from Texas, Texas A&M, Oklahoma State, Oklahoma, Auburn, Miami and many others.

Following last season, White was named District 17-6A Defensive MVP after totaling 96 tackles with 11.5 for losses.  He stands at 6-foot-1, 200-pounds and runs a 4.66 in the 40-yard dash.
