LSU defeats USM, 6-4, advances to host super regional
BATON ROUGE, La. -- LSU's Josh Smith drove in three runs with a home run and a triple to lead the 13th-seeded Tigers to a 6-4 victory over Southern Miss in the NCAA Regional final late Sunday at Alex Box Stadium, Skip Bertman Field.
