Sweep needed for LSU baseball versus Auburn?
For most of the series in Fayetteville, LSU was thoroughly outplayed by Arkansas.
The Razorbacks cruised to a 14-4 victory in the opener when they hit five home runs. The Hogs jumped on reliever Zack Hess to rally for an 11-6 victory to clinch the series with a middle-game victory.
It certainly appeared that the Tigers were on the verge of getting swept by Arkansas through seven innings in the series finale. LSU had no runs.
