LAZARE: Clemson will do it again

In less than three weeks, the first full weekend of college football will take place.

A little more than four months later, a national champion will be determined in Santa Clara (Cal.) at Levi’s Stadium – home of the San Francisco 49ers.

Alabama will be attempting to claim back-to-back national titles which it last accomplished in 2011-12. But, the Crimson Tide will come up short in seeking a third national championship in the last four seasons.
