2020 point guard Eric Gaines commits to LSU

LSU head basketball coach Will Wade and his Tiger coaching staff received some great news Sunday morning as Class of 2020 point guard Eric Gaines‍ gave his verbal commitment.

The 6-foot-3, 170-pound prospect from Lithonia, Ga. concluded this weekends official visit to LSU with a commitment.  He chose the Tigers over his other top schools which included Alabama, Mempis, TCU and Washington State.  He also visited Dayton, St. Louis and Georgia State officially.

Gaines joins LSU’s 2020 class which also includes Cameron Thomas‍ , Mwani Wilkinson‍ , Bradley Ezewiro‍ and transfers Josh LeBlanc and Shareef O’Neal.
