Miami is special place for Orgeron

Ed Orgeron is a Louisiana native, but he became a coach in South Florida. Orgeron was a graduate assistant with the Hurricanes in 1988 – Jimmy Johnson’s last season as their coach. When Johnson left for the Dallas Cowboys, Miami hired Dennis Erickson as his replacement.
