BREAKING: 2021 SG Brandon Murray commits to LSU

Will Wade has added another top prospect to his 2021 recruiting class as shooting guard Brandon Murray‍ announced his commitment to LSU Friday evening via his instagram account.

The 6-foot-5, 200-pound Murray chose LSU over offers from Tennessee, Baylor, Georgetown, Rhode Island, Ole Miss, Auburn, Wichita State, VCU, Depaul and others. 

Before transferring to IMG Academy, Murray averaged 22.8 points and almost seven rebounds per game and close to 50-percent from behind the arc for Baltimore Poly. 

He is being recruited to LSU by new Tigers assistant Kevin Nickelberry.
