Another poor defensive performance results in LSU defeat

Coach Ed Orgeron was very accurate when he said following his team’s loss at Missouri on Saturday, “We’re LSU and we’re supposed to score from the 1-yard line.”

LSU’s game against Southeastern Conference bottom-feeder Missouri came down to its offense scoring from the 1-yard line in the final seconds. Missouri stopped LSU on four plays from inside the 1-yard line.

Two runs by Tyrion Davis-Price and two passes by Myles Brennan gained no yards.
