BREAKING: Major Burns transfers to LSU

Georgia transfer safety Major Burns has announced his decision to enroll at LSU and be a part of the Tigers football program. 

Burns, who was at one time a part of LSU’s 2020 recruiting class, ended up signing with Georgia.  He announced his entry into the NCAA Transfer Portal.

The 6-foot-2, 175-pound Burns played in six games and totaled five tackles with a game high of three tackles against Florida.

Burns prepped at Madison Prep in Baton Rouge.

He’s expected to be eligible immediately for the 2021 football season under current NCAA transfer rules.
