New LSU defensive coaches have enough pieces

LSU’s defense was simply a mess during the pandemic-effected 2020 season.

The Tigers could not stop anyone, particularly through the air. Coach Ed Orgeron overhauled the defensive coaching staff with coordinator/linebackers coach Bo Pelini, line coach Bill Johnson and safeties coach Bill Busch all departing the program.

The three replacements are coordinator Daronte Jones, line coach Andre Carter and linebackers coach Blake Baker.
