Will Max Johnson be the one?

Quarterback Max Johnson’s COVID-19 first season at LSU was fairly productive.

Participating in six games, Johnson completed 59 percent of his 150 passes for 1,069 yards. His average yards per pass attempt was a mediocre 7.1. However, Johnson had a spectacular 8-to-1 touchdown-to-interception ratio.

More importantly, the Tigers won Johnson’s two games as the starting quarterback – against Florida and Ole Miss.
