ANALYSIS: LSU displays its best in first half

For almost the entire first half, everyone got to see LSU at its best – although against a Southeastern Conference second division team in Ole Miss.

After failing to take advantage of a Grant Delpit interception on their first offensive series, the Tigers scored touchdowns on four straight drives. Meanwhile, the LSU defense was on the field for more than three plays on just one of the Rebels’ first six possessions.
