Two different feelings

The LSU basketball season for both the men’s and women’s team will open with a day-night doubleheader at the PMAC on Tuesday.

The women, under new coach Kim Mulkey, will begin the day with a game against Nicholls State at 11 a.m. Coach Will Wade’s men’s team will start its season against Louisiana-Monroe at 7 p.m.

The women’s team has played two exhibitions at the PMAC – knocking off Langston and Loyola (New Orleans).
