Florida had its way against LSU when Steve Spurrier was running the program.

The Gators won 11 of 12 games against the Tigers with Spurrier as their coach. But, the series took a turn after Spurrier left Florida for the NFL. LSU has a 10-6 record against the Gators beginning with the 2002 season.

None of the four Florida coaches following Spurrier had a winning record against the Tigers. That group includes Urban Meyer, who had a 3-3 record against LSU.
