Woodward strikes again with Kelly

Scott Woodward had a reputation of corralling big-time coaches.

Woodward hired Chris Petersen and Jimbo Fisher as head football coaches at Washington and Texas A&M, respectively. Fisher had won a national championship at Florida State.

Since becoming LSU’s Director of Athletics, Woodward brought in Kim Mulkey to be the women’s basketball coach. Mulkey won three national titles at Baylor.
