No personnel changes on the LSU offensive line

October 9, 2018

LSU’s offensive line stood out in a negative manner during the 27-19 setback at Florida last Saturday. The Tigers never could put together a consistent running game although Nick Brossette broke runs of 41 and 37 yards on a second-half touchdown drive. Gators defenders tackled LSU running backs behind the line of scrimmage six times. Then, Florida harassed Tigers quarterback Joe Burrow all afternoon. The Gators finished with five sacks and eight quarterback-hurries. LSU’s offensive line, which had success against Auburn’s front, had its problems against a quicker Florida defensive line.
