Still plenty of unknowns about Jay Johnson's first LSU team

LSU is nationally ranked and is riding a five-game winning streak as it begins the Southeastern Conference schedule Friday night at The Box against Texas A&M.

Due to the recent hot streak, the Tigers won 14 of their 17 pre-conference games. But, there are still many questions as to LSU’s standing in the SEC.

According to Warren Nolan’s RPI rankings Thursday, eight SEC teams were ahead of the Tigers.
