Tigers have not forgotten loss at Mississippi State

Nick Brossette succinctly summarized what happened last September when LSU traveled to Starkville for its Southeastern Conference opener against Mississippi State.

“We got the crap beat out of us,” said Brossette, referring to the Bulldogs’ 37-7 victory.

Mississippi State had just a ten-point halftime advantage at 17-7. But, the Bulldogs scored 20 second-half points while holding the Tigers scoreless.
