Jay Johnson making major LSU roster moves

LSU baseball coach Jay Johnson knows the landscape of the Southeastern Conference.

Since the Tigers were the national runners-up in 2017, five SEC West teams have been to the College World Series. Mississippi State won the 2021 national title. Ole Miss will play Oklahoma for the 2022 national championship this weekend.

Arkansas has been to Omaha three times since 2017 and was the national runner-up to Oregon State four years ago. Auburn has been to the CWS twice in the last three tournaments.
