New-look Tigers set for season

LSU’s preseason football practice ended Saturday with a 50-play scrimmage inside Tiger Stadium.

LSU coach Brian Kelly, who has proven to be very transparent when it comes to his football team, addressed members of the media following the scrimmage. Kelly’s tone seems to be rather positive – a pleasant surprise considering what he inherited from former coach Ed Orgeron.

No one likes to recall the last time the Tigers took the field.
