LSU survives defensive clash at Arkansas

It was throwback football at Donald Reynolds Razorback Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Make no mistake there were no offensive fireworks.

Neither LSU nor Arkansas gained 300 yards. Neither team passed for as much as 120 yards. Neither team picked up more than 15 first downs. Neither team scored more than one touchdown.

At the end of this cold day in Fayetteville, LSU did just enough to stay on pace for the Southeastern Conference Western Division championship.
