Can Kelly stop long trend of LSU QB signees not finishing?

Many LSU football followers are not happy with quarterback Walker Howard’s recent decision to enter the transfer portal.

Howard, who was signed in the transition recruiting class from coach Ed Orgeron to coach Brian Kelly, was highly rated coming out of Lafayette (La.) St. Thomas More High School. It was the initial desire of Howard and his father Jamie, a former LSU quarterback, to be redshirted in his first season.
