Player development is goal for LSU in spring practice

The first two LSU spring football practices are in the books.

Members of the media got a brief look at the team Thursday morning. Then, Friday’s practice was totally closed. So, Tigers football fans will need to rely primarily upon the words of coach Brian Kelly to learn what is taking place on the field.

Due to the number of available players, it will be no easy chore to discern how much improvement is being made by the offensive and defensive units.
