Tigers just need to play their game

It is a pretty simple formula for LSU in its attempt to reach the College World Series for the first time in six years this weekend.

The Tigers must not concern themselves about how Kentucky performs in the super-regional series which begins at The Box on Saturday afternoon.

If LSU plays up to its potential during the best-of-three series, it will be heading to Omaha and a first-round game against Tennessee or USM – the teams who ended its season in 2021 and 2022, respectively.
