Daniels and defense will determine LSU’s regular-season success

Thirty-two seasons of the Southeastern Conference’s football divisional format will come to a conclusion on the first Saturday of December this year.

The 32nd and last SEC championship determined by Eastern and Western Division representatives will be determined that day in Atlanta.

With the addition of Oklahoma and Texas for the 2024 campaign, a then 16-team SEC will no longer be split into divisions.
