PMAC needs some drama

The college basketball calendar for Southeastern Conference schools is inching its way to New Year’s Day and the impending start of league play.

Both the LSU men and women’s teams have three non-conference games remaining. Coach Matt McMahon’s team will play Texas in Houston on Saturday before playing host to Lamar and Northwestern State. The Tigers are sitting with a 6-4 record. In the SEC, only Vanderbilt has a poorer overall record.
